JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a PA (or NP) that specifically has experience managing post-op cardiothoracic surgery patients in the ICU and telemetry floor. You will also need operative experience in assisting the surgeon as well as radial artery and endoscopic vein harvesting skills. Note: Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse with Acute Care Certification or first assistant certification. Clinicians need to have their RNFA if NP specialized certification in CVOR. CVOR First Assistant.

Minimum Requirements:

• NP or PA License: Active and in hand - AZ or Compact

• Submission Requirements: Most Recent Resume, Primary Verification, 2 Professional References, Skills Checklist, Drivers License, Additional Info: Copy of certificates are required for submission.

Pay Details:

• Estimated Pay Per Hour: $154/hr.

• Estimated Travel Package: Gross Weekly Pay: $6396 | Weekly Stipend:$1246.00 ($476.00/Weekly Meal+$770.00/Weekly Lodging)

Certification + Skills:

• EPIC Experience Required

• First Assistant in Surgery Certification

• CVOR Experience REQUIRED

• EVH Harvesting

• ICU Management

• Stepdown Management

• Office Visits

• Database Entry (i.e. STS)

• Open Radial Artery Harvest

• Endoscopic Radial Artery

• Willing to Train - ICU Procedures (Chest tube insertions, Central lines, etc.)

• PEDS experience NOT required.
